Despite being seen out and about with fitness influencer Sara Saffari, she is reportedly not dating Puka Nacua, debunking the latest rumors.
She took to her Instagram comments (via TMZ Sports) to debunk the rumors. In one comment, Saffari claimed, “We're siblings chill.”
This comes after the two were seen twice in a month together. First, they were seen in a video for Nick Nayersina's YouTube channel, and they appeared to be flirty with one another. They were then seen at the airport together.
Saffari is a social media influencer with over 2.5 million subscribers on her YouTube channel. Her Instagram account also has over 3.3 million followers.

It does not appear that Nacua and Saffari are dating. However, it's unknown if Saffari's recent debunking of the rumors is true or if she was just trying to put out the internet fires.
Recently, Nacua has been linked to various women. He shot his shot with Sydney Sweeney ahead of the Super Bowl, and he was then seen with another social media influencer, Hannah Stocking, amidst the Sweeney rumors.
Until Nacua or Saffari confirms the rumors, it's best to assume they aren't dating. In fact, they may be “siblings,” as Saffari recently claimed. It will be an offseason story to watch.
Nacua is heading into his fourth season in the NFL. He had a career-best season in 2025. Nacua played in 16 games, catching 129 passes for 1,715 yards. He caught 10 touchdowns as well. Nacua also rushed for 105 yards and a touchdown.
The Los Angeles Rams had a successful season, finishing 12-5 and making the playoffs. They won two playoff games, advancing to the NFC Championship game, before losing to their division rivals, the Seattle Seahawks, 31-27.
