TikTok is finally stepping into the live music event scene with its inaugural global music event, “In the Mix.”
According to Variety, it will feature an impressive lineup including Cardi B, Niall Horan, Anitta, and Charlie Puth. The event will take place at Sloan Park in Mesa, Arizona, on December 10.
In addition to the headline acts, TikTok's live music event will also showcase talents from its emerging artist program, Elevate. Expect performances from rising stars Kaliii, Isabel LaRosa, Sam Barber, and Lu Kala.
Attendees at the festival will have the unique opportunity to experience TikTok's “For You” feed in person. This means everyone can participate in activities inspired by the app's popular scrolling feed.

Now, this venture marks TikTok's expansion beyond its social media app, following recent forays into the streaming space. Last week, TikTok's parent company, Bytedance launched TikTok Music in Australia, Mexico, and Singapore. Since then, it built on a successful beta rollout in July.
The platform also teamed up with Billboard last month to introduce the TikTok Billboard Top 50 chart.
Its global head of music partnerships and programming, Paul Hourican shares his pride with TikTok's live music event. “No other platform mixes music, creativity, and community like TikTok. With In The Mix, our goal is to bring the For You feed to life for fans at the venue and on TikTok.”
