With Aaron Rodgers remaining fairly quiet on his ongoing dilemma with the Green Bay Packers, plenty of others have chimed in with their own thoughts regarding the matter. Add Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes to that list.

The superstar quarterback was asked about the situation unraveling in Green Bay between the front office and Rodgers. Via James Palmer of the NFL Network, here's what the Chiefs' gunslinger had to say.

“I think the biggest thing, and I can't speak for Aaron and the Packers. But i think the biggest thing when you look as an outsider it's all about communication. It's all about respecting each other as a human being and communicating with each other. Aaron has played a long time for that organization and at some point they lost that communication factor. I think that’s where the disconnect just kind of happened.”

It's a good point from Mahomes and one that seems to have other teams in the league taking note of as they work with their own quarterbacks. For the Chiefs, they hope to keep the lines open with Mahomes, something he noted as well.

“I think that for me and the Chiefs, I feel like if we keep this open line of communication like we have from top down…and the team to the coaches to Brett Veach to Clark Hunt I think there will never be a problem.”

Point well taken from Mahomes. And now, it really seems like the Packers are being used as a blueprint for the Chiefs and many others as what not to do with your superstar quarterback.
