UFC Vegas 23 was a spectacular event that showcased many rising stars in the UFC. One fighter who took the internet by storm was none other than Julian Marquez. “The Cuban Missle Crisis” pulled off an incredible submission finish during his bout, but it was his post-fight interview that got everyone buzzing. Marquez challenged Kansas City Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Tyreek Hill to either a badminton or pickleball contest.

The Chiefs' star trio responded to Marquez's request and seem open to competing against the UFC fighter:

Apparently, there is a place in Kansas City specifically made for pickleball tournaments, based on Travis Kelce's response. It'd be a fun time for sure, as Marquez is one of the more entertaining personalities in the UFC. In fact, he's so good on the mic, he could have a future in the WWE as well.

Hopefully, when Marquez and the Chiefs' star players link up, they at least stream the event through social media. There are a ton of different opportunities they could explore with this idea, as they may compete while donating to charity.

Marquez did notice the responses from the NFL players, and it seems like there might just be something in the works:

Marquez hails from Kansas City, so it would be a ton of fun to see him do some type of event with the three Chiefs stars. Stay tuned to see what these guys have in store.
