San Francisco 49ers star wide receiver Deebo Samuel became the subject of headlines Wednesday, as it was announced that he requested a trade from the franchise. While the news doesn't necessarily mean that the 49ers have to trade Samuel right now, it certainly means that his name will be on the trade block with the 2022 NFL Draft around the corner. Samuel likely has a few destinations he deems as desirable. In fact, the 49ers star wideout subtly sent a message that the Dallas Cowboys would be one of those destinations,

Samuel took notice of this tweet of him in a Cowboys uniform and gave it a like:

Clearly, Samuel likes the way he looks in the blue and silver garb of America's Team.

Or maybe Samuel just likes any uniform that isn't the 49ers' right now. Regardless, the Cowboys would represent a prime location for the star wideout, who produced his best season yet in 2021, totaling 1,405 receiving yards and 14 total touchdowns while earning All-Pro honors.

Meanwhile, Dallas, which traded talented receiver Amari Cooper to the Cleveland Browns, would likely pounce at the chance to add Samuel to a wideout room with CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup.

It will be interesting to see where the 49ers star ends up, though if he had his way, it might just be Dallas.
