Draymond Green is a marked man.

Since the moment he was reviewed for kicking Steven Adams in the groin during last season's playoffs, he has been watched closely by both the NBA and fans.

Every moment Green flails, kicks, or flops he is being surveyed on video and slow motion replays. The reason is to determine if he is intentionally kicking his legs to ward off defenders or kicking them in frustration.

Green's leg kicking seems to be so automatic that it's hard to imagine it's not somewhat intentional. During the Warriors‘ matchup versus the Suns on Saturday night, Green once again high kicked at big man Marquese Chriss.

The NBA has intervened one time or another, but they would have to prove that he is intentionally and deliberately trying to kick other players to impose a permanent solution.

That would be a hard one to prove although he always seems guilty on replays, but it's not that simple. What we can determine is that Green has gained a reputation for his flailing, and teams will complain to the league if they can use it for an advantage.
