Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are seeing one another “every few days” as news broke that the couple is selling their marital home. According to a source, People reports that the pair are “friendly” to one another amid their alleged marital strife.

Last week, it was confirmed that Lopez and Affleck had put their $61 million Beverly Hills mansion on the market after purchasing it together in 2023. Lopez is currently still living on the estate while Affleck is living in a rental a couple of miles away.

The rumors began last month when In Touch reported that the couple was “headed for a divorce.”

“The writing is on the wall – it’s over,” the insider told the publication. “They’re headed for a divorce – and for once, [Ben’s] not to blame!”

“He's focusing on his work and his kids now,” the insider adds seemingly foreshadowing the sale of their marital estate. “Ben already moved out and they’ll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for. They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her. There’s no way it could have lasted.”

However, Lopez has  “not been paying much attention to any outside hate.”

Lopez and Affleck seem to be focusing on their family as the singer has been present at several of the actor's kid's events over the past couple of weeks. Affleck shares Violet Anne, 18, Seraphina Rose, 15, and Samuel, 12 with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. The 13 Going On 30 actress also has spoken on the alleged marital train between Lopez and Affleck.

“She fully supports their relationship and wants nothing more than for him to be happy,” a source told Us Weekly Tuesday (May 21).

“Jennifer Garner is encouraging Ben to work on his marriage to Jen,” the source said, adding that Garner understands how being in the spotlight “can put a strain” on a relationship.

In her announcement of the cancelation of her This Is Me…Now Tour, Lopez reiterated the message that it was “absolutely necessary” to cancel the tour.  The Atlas actress went to social media to share the heartbreaking news.

“I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary. I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time…” the Grammy-winning singer wrote.

Live Nation Entertainment also wrote a statement about the cancellation of the tour citing that “Jennifer is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.” Live Nation also pointed to fans to reach out to where they bought their tickets from for a full refund.
