Jennifer Lopez announced last week that she is canceling her This Is Me…Now Tour. The Grammy-winning singer rebranded the tour to support her last album of the same name to her greatest hits. She was set to begin her tour later this month in Orlando Florida as she made her way to her home state of New York, then later traveling to Austin, Boston, Las Vegas, Toronto, and more. The last time Lopez went on tour was in 2019 for her It's My Party Tour. However, according to a source, the singer is saddened by the fact that her tour is not happening.

“Life is a lot right now. As sad as she was to cancel the tour, she’s also relieved. She needs to take care of herself,” says the source per People.

“The decision was something that her team encouraged,” the source adds. “Everyone is supportive of her focusing on family right now.”

Live Nation reiterated Lopez's sentiment on focusing on personal matters. “Jennifer is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.” Live Nation also pointed to fans to reach out to where they bought their tickets from for a full refund.

“Representatives for Live Nation announced today that the Jennifer Lopez US Summer 2024 Tour ‘THIS IS ME…LIVE’ is canceled. For those who purchased through Ticketmaster, tickets will automatically be refunded – there is nothing further fans need to do,” the statement read.

Lopez spoke to fans in a personal message posted across her social media accounts. “I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary. I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time…” the Grammy-winning singer wrote.

Following the announcement about her tour, The New York Post reported that her 90-date Las Vegas residency was in jeopardy.

“MGM is watching her not doing well on the road. They are very nervous,” a source close to the situation told the outlet. “It’s pretty rare you have a poor tour and then go to Vegas.”

Lopez's Las Vegas tour is supposed to begin in the fall of 2025.

How Are Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Doing Amid Trouble InMarriage Rumors

It is no secret that Lopez and her husband Ben Affleck are reportedly having marriage trouble. However, recently, the two attended Affleck's son's Samuel's basketball game in Santa Monica, Calif. The actor shares Samuel with ex-wife Jennifer Garner who was also present at the game over the weekend.

The two greeted each other as they shared a kiss on the cheek which was captured and posted online by paparazzi.

The couple's quick PDA moment is on the heels of the Enough actress defending her relationship with Affleck to a journalist during a press conference for Atlas, a Netflix film starring Lopez, Sterling K. Brown, and Simu Liu. The actress did not hold back from a journalist who abruptly asked if she and Affleck were separated.

“You know better than that,” Lopez responded.

Co-star Liu also defended the actress, saying, “Don’t come in here with that energy, please.”

“Jen is a producer on this movie, and the reason why I’m here and the reason Sterling K. Brown was in this beautiful movie is because Jen cares and Jen cares about things like representation and diversity, and she’s a boss, and she’s an incredible creative and an icon, and that’s what I think we should celebrate her for today,” Liu stated.
