The Sacramento Kings' duo of De'Aaron Fox and Marvin Bagley have just revealed what they intend to replace the names on the back of their jerseys with.
As expected, both players will be participating in the league's initiative of changing the names on players' jerseys as a way to promote the fight against social injustice.
The Athletic's Jason Jones reported this via Twitter:
De'Aaron Fox will have "Anti-Racist" on his jersey for the restart for the season.

Marvin Bagley III is going with "Freedom" on his jersey.

Bagley also provided a brief explanation as to why he chose this straightforward, yet very powerful word for his jersey:
“That one word means a lot to me whenever I see it or hear it,” Bagley said, also via Kings team insider Jason Jones. “It’s a lot going on and with all of this going on, until African Americans have an equal playing field, we’re not free … Freedom is the word I chose and I’m going to wear it proudly.”
This is a commendable initiative by the NBA, as it allows the players to voice out their beliefs while still being fully-engaged in the return of the season. In some ways, this is a response by the league to some of the criticism it has received about the season restart serving as a distraction from the socio-political issues at hand.
Both Fox and Bagley will play an important role for the Kings if they hope to steal a spot for the playoffs in a ruthless Western Conference. Sacramento is currently the owner of a 28-36 record, and are sitting three and a half games behind the eight-placed Memphis Grizzlies.
