Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James decided to make a surprise appearance in the Drew League on Saturday. The King put on quite a show as he decided to bring his A-Game to the exhibition game, which apparently, also included his elite referee negotiation skills.

At one point in the game, LeBron was seen passionately arguing with the game officials over a call that he did not agree with. Unsurprisingly, the clip has gone completely viral (h/t ClutchPoints on Twitter):

Needless to say, LeBron really wanted to win this one. It might be considered by most as a glorified pick-up game, but clearly, James was all-in. True enough, LeBron's team won the game, as the Lakers star put his side on his back. The four-time NBA champ finished with 42 points, 16 rebounds, four steals, and more than a few highlight-reel plays.

LeBron got a little help from his superstar teammate as well, with DeMar DeRozan also making a surprise appearance in the Drew League. The Chicago Bulls swingman finished with a 30-point, 14-rebound double-double.

Apart from LeBron James and DeRozan, another noteworthy name that was supposed to suit up on Saturday in the Drew League was Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving. Incidentally (and in true Kyrie fashion), Irving ended up missing the game. Fans need not worry too much, though, as Kyrie Irving will be back on the basketball soon enough. And he could be wearing a Lakers jersey alongside LeBron the next time we see him in the NBA.
