As a player, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is one of best to ever lace up a pair of sneakers. As a dad, he's just like any ordinary father cheering for his children.

In a recently concluded contest, his son Bronny parted the seas and iced the game with a massive throwdown. Of course, The King was fired up over his son's highlight slam.

It is well-documented that LeBron is a big time family man. His support for his sons is second-to-none.

LeBron has had a busy summer so far, preparing for the upcoming NBA season, recruiting guys to join him on the Lakers, filming for Space Jam 2. On the side, he's enjoying his time with his family and friends – by celebrating Taco Tuesdays every week – and watching his sons play.

Bronny James is set to suit up for Sierra Canyon High School this fall. He will play alongside incoming senior Zaire Wade, the son of LeBron's long-time friend and former teammate Dwyane Wade.

The three-time NBA champion has been on record that his goal is to have the chance to play with his son at some point in his career. Bronny is just 14 years old, and he'll only be a freshman this season.

LeBron James will have to wait at least five more seasons – including this year – before Bronny can be eligible for the draft. Should Bronny progress as desired and be a top recruit coming out of high school, he can declare for the draft as early as the 2023-24 season.

LeBron James, who will turn 35 this December, will be 39 when that time comes.
