Following the Golden State Warriors‘ first NBA title in 2015, Draymond Green caught much attention for his interview at the championship parade taking shots at the Cleveland Cavaliers.

During an interview on the Jimmy Kimmel Show earlier this week, Green reminisced over the song that became wildly popular over social media.

Green: “Parades are fun man. They are amazing.”
Kimmel: “Well sure. Everyone is screaming and cheering for you. I mean, what's bad about that.”
Green: “Make songs about the Cavs. I made a whole song about the Cavs. I said ‘Cavs? Nope. We won? Yup. They suck? Yup. LeBron? Nope. Splash Brothers?
Kimmel: “Yup.”
Green: “I really can't remember the rest. I wasn't really in the right state of mind. I can't remember the rest, but I remember bits and pieces.”

Although he was off a bit on the exact wording of the song which was “Splash Brothers? Yup. Cavaliers? Nope. We won? Yup. They suck? Yup. We here? Yup. They not? Nope.” He wasted little time in bringing it up again after the Warriors topped the Cavaliers for the second time in the last three years.

Green has built a strong reputation as a trash talker and this was right down his alley and to talk about it two years later falls in that path as well. The fact of that matter is that the Warriors hold the bragging rights winning two out of three matchups.

With that in mind, Green has already taken a subtle shot at Cleveland at the championship parade on Thursday. He wore a t-shirt that displays the word “Quickie” in reference to the Quicken Loans Arena where the Cavaliers play with a Larry O'Brien trophy behind it.

There could be plenty to more to come from Green taking subtle shots at Cleveland in the coming days.
