Kevin Durant‘s press conference during media availability day was suddenly cut short mid-question as the air conditioning unit, which was located right above him, started to make some scary noises, prompting security to call him out of his seat before finishing the interview process.
“It’s scaring me a little bit up here,” he said. “Yeah, that thing’s shaking a little bit, buddy.”

There's a price to pay for a well-ventilated room, and sometimes it might come at the cost from one of the most-coveted media targets in these NBA Finals. With at least two more games to play, the Warriors surely were not taking and chances with a shoddy AC unit.

Durant got away unharmed and so was the AC unit, avoiding a potential freak accident ahead of Game 3 of the The Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers, which will tip off on Wednesday at 9:oo p.m. EST.
