Kevin Durant took and made the biggest shot when it counted the most, stopping on a dime in transition and making what's likely to be the biggest shot of his career, draining a 26-foot wing three-pointer to put the Golden State Warriors up 114-113 with 45 seconds left in the game.

The shot shocked a Cleveland Cavaliers team that had played at its pace — fast, but not at the breakneck speed wherein the Warriors have strived during these playoffs, but it didn't prove enough to overcome the gut punch of a bucket that Durant delivered over the outstretched arm of LeBron James.

The Warriors made a short run at the end of the quarter and clamped down defensively down the stretch, sealing the win in what seemed to be an unlikely outing to pull off due to outstanding performances by Kyrie Irving (38 points) and James (39 points, 11 rebounds, nine assists).

Durant finished with a team-high 31 points and a cold-blooded long-range shot to be remembered for the ages if the Warriors can close the series out after going up 3-0 on Wednesday night.
