Covid-19 has brutally impacted the world and the NBA. It currently has Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green sidelined until he clears the NBA's health and safety protocols. That could be soon. It could maybe be as soon as Monday, according to Steve Kerr.
“There's optimism… We'll see if he clears protocols tomorrow, and we're hopeful, but we don't know yet,” Kerr told ClutchPoints.

The Warriors have faired well without Green. The Warriors currently have a 1-1 record during this time. He's only missed two games because their bout with the Denver Nuggets got canceled. The Nuggets roster got hit hard by injuries and Covid-19, and they didn't have enough players to suit up.
Green wasn't too happy about the game's cancellation, so he took to social media to express his thoughts. All in all, things have worked out for the Dubs during these challenging times. The team's depth is a big reason for the Warriors' sustainability.

Every time a player drops off the active roster, the next man steps up. The talent on this team is undeniable. There are 15 players who Kerr feels comfortable having on the court at any given moment. It gives the Warriors the ability to match up with any team.
Still, as good as they are without Green, they're at their best with him. Getting him back with the team and healthy is essential, and the Warriors hope to have him back sooner than later. It's almost a certainty that Green feels the same way.
