Kevin Durant recently made a new Instagram page, which will give his fans a chance to find out what he’s been busy with these days, as well as share photos of him. However, instead of a lot of basketball fans getting excited with the development, they used it as a way to troll the former MVP.
The 28-year-old Texas product made his first post on his new account, where he can be seen parading with the Larry O’Brien Trophy beside him on a convertible. It has drawn more than 100,000 likes, but what caught the attention of many were the comments made, as it was flooded with snake emojis.

Since announcing his decision to bring his talents to the Golden State Warriors last summer, Durant has become one of most hated players outside of the Bay Area. His move was considered by many as betrayal to Oklahoma City and his former teammate, Russell Westbrook, as he opted to join the team that eliminated them in the playoffs only few months back then.
A year after his much talked about move, he is now an NBA champion, and was even named the Finals MVP, as he led the Dubs’ charge to their second championship in three years. Durant may not mind the comments, especially now that he knows he has proven that he made the right decision, but it will certainly take a lot time before basketball fans will forget what he did, and will still continue to be trolled with the emojis for now.
