Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors just forged his way into another 3-point record. He just became the first player in NBA history to make 200 3-pointers in seven straight seasons.

Curry achieved the milestone during the Warriors' game against the Indiana Pacers. Early on, he was already scorching hot from the field. And when that happens, one should expect 3-point records to be either set or broken.

In their 132-100 victory, Curry led the team with 26 points on 10-of-13 from the field and 6-of-8 from downtown. He also had six rebounds, three assists, and two steals.

Curry started his streak of 200 3-pointers made per season in the 2012-2013 season where he drained a total of 272. And in the succeeding years, he made 261, 286, 402 (an NBA record for most 3-pointers made in a season), 324, and 212. In this streak, his lowest percentage was at 41 percent while his highest was 45.4 percent. It is important to note that he achieved his highest 3-point percentage in a season where he drained 402 threes.

Given Curry's pace this season, he is on pace to drain at least 300 3-pointers or maybe even surpassing his own record of 402 makes from downtown? It's hard to assume but we simply can't count him out. Curry, after all, is regarded as the best 3-point shooter of all time. We can't expect anything less from him.
