The 2022 ESPYs saw a familiar babyface take control of the mic during the proceedings. Stephen Curry, the Golden State Warriors superstar, was the host of this year's festivities, and he did a rather impressive jab. Curry took jabs at everyone and generally made things fun for the audience during the awards show.

Curry himself seemed to enjoy being on stage as a host. The Warriors star also was happy that the Warriors won an award during the ESPYs, and that he was able to celebrate with his teammates. It was a fitting final message after an awesome event from Curry. (via ClutchPoints)

Stephen Curry isn't the first athlete to host the annual ESPYs awards. Plenty of other athletes have been the presenter of the event, from WWE icon John Cena to NFL legend Peyton Manning. The Warriors star brought his own flair of humor and roasts to the table, making it a fun time for everyone.

The Warriors collected some extra hardware during the event. Klay Thompson won the Best Comeback award after his triumphant return from injury in 2022. The Warriors as a team also won the Best Team Award, with Stephen Curry bagging the Best NBA Player trophy. It's a nice addition to the Dubs' already stacked trophy room.

The biggest winner of the night, though, were the fans, who were treated to a roast-fest from the Chef himself. The Warriors star didn't show mercy to anyone, even taking a jab at the Boston Celtics (and Grant Williams in particular).
