Golden State Warriors superstar point guard Stephen Curry went through practice on Friday and is expected to be available for Game 1 of the first round on Saturday against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Curry suffered a right foot injury on April 9 against the New Orleans Pelicans and left the game. The two-time MVP didn't play in the Warriors' regular season finale either versus the Memphis Grizzlies.

Head coach Steve Kerr, though, says Curry is fine.

The Warriors are not only expected to beat the Clippers, but many believe Golden State will coast to its third-straight title and fourth ring in five years.

Curry had another stellar season for the Warriors in the regular season. The six-time All-Star averaged 27.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 5.2 assists per contest while shooting 47.2 percent from the field, 43.7 percent from beyond the arc and 91.6 percent from the free-throw line.

The Clippers will probably have rookie point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander guard Curry. Expect the Warriors star guard to have his way against the youngster.

The Houston Rockets are in the same bracket as Golden State. The Dubs and Rockets will probably face each other in the second round instead of the Western Conference Finals like last season. Golden State beat Houston in seven games last year.
