As they say, once a shooter, always a shooter. In the case of Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry, his shot-making prowess turned out to be too accurate for his own good.
With two-tenths of a second left in regulation against the Portland Trail Blazers, Curry was the designated inbounder as Golden State prepared for an Andre Iguodala tip-in. The screens were set, Iguodala got loose, and the ball looked to perfectly land near the rim for the game-winner.

While they were all smiles after what transpired, the Warriors weren't feeling so good about themselves after the game as they lost this one to Portland, 110-109. It was a cardiac contest that ended up with Damian Lillard — an Oakland native — hitting the game-winning three-pointer for the visitors.
Sans the crucial blunder, Stephen Curry had himself a splendid night, tallying 29 points, five rebounds, seven assists, two blocks, and two steals. He shot the ball uncharacteristically as he finished with an 11-of-26 clip from the field.
The Warriors have lost back-to-back games and are now 2-3 over their last five contests.
