Anthony Davis and LeBron James will be available to play in the Lakers' matchup against the Clippers on Christmas Day, according to a report from ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and Dave McMenamin.

There was some fear that Davis and James would be held out of the nationally-televised game, as they both have been dealing with minor ailments. At 24-6 overall, the Lakers are one of the best teams in the NBA. However, they've lost three consecutive games, including Sunday's 128-104 loss the Nuggets with James sidelined. On one of the NBA's biggest stages, they'll be looking to get back into the win column.

The Clippers (22-10) are enjoying a fine season as well, and they're looking to assert their dominance in Los Angeles. With Paul George and Kawhi Leonard setting the pace, they're being viewed as a title contender.

Wednesday's game between the Lakers and Clippers is set to tip inside the Staples Center at 8:00 p.m. ET, with ABC having live broadcast coverage.
