It seems that Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is slowly developing a knack for “fake blocking” his teammates during a fast break.

After toying with Rajon Rondo's lay-up attempt last month, James victimized another Laker point guard Alex Caruso in their 106-99 win over the Detroit Pistons on Sunday.

Following a Kyle Kuzma steal on Andre Drummond at the eight-and-a-half minute mark of the fourth quarter, Caruso ran ahead of the pack and found himself wide open for a two-handed hammer. The 25-year-old high leaper completed the highlight, as three white shirts trailed the play.

James made sure he was not left out of the #CaruShow, as he jumped with both hands up and appeared to do one of his patented chase down blocks on his own teammate.

Of course, it was all fun and games for the Lakers as they secured their fifth consecutive win after overcoming a rare four-game slump to end the year.

LeBron James notched his ninth triple-double of the season with 21 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists, while Alex Caruso pitched in 13 points, three boards and three dimes off the bench.
