Only at 20-years-old and already 6-foot-10 and 240 pounds, it's no secret that Philadelphia 76ers forward Ben Simmons is a huge person. However, what many don't know is he was already big since he was a baby, and much bigger than most of the toddlers his age,
The Australian international and former LSU Tiger recently took to his Instagram account to greet his mom for Mother's Day. He included a photo of him being carried, where people got shocked with how massive he already was at a very young age. He even included a hashtag to let his followers know that he is aware of his unusual size that time.

Some of Simmons' family members are also basketball players and coaches, which does not make it surprising how his genes have given him his built. However, it's still remarkable to see the picture as it's not a common sight for a baby to be that large.
His followers even made some hilarious comments as they couldn't believe the picture was not photoshopped. Although he doesn't have a nickname or monicker yet, many have suggested that he use Glen Davis‘ or even start being called ‘Big Ben” instead.
