For the Sixers, Simmons averaged 16.7 points, 13.3 rebounds and 8.0 assists. Philly went 2-1, with their only loss coming to the Golden State Warriors at home.

Meanwhile, Mitchell put 34.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists while leading the Jazz to a perfect 3-0 week. Utah defeated the Los Angeles Clippers, Denver Nuggets and Milwaukee Bucks. Mitchell poured in 46 points against the Bucks, who have the best record in the NBA.

Simmons and the Sixers are 40-23 on the season, good for fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings. With Jimmy Butler and Tobias Harris in the fold, Philly has a great chance at winning the East and advancing to the NBA Finals.

After getting off to a slow start this season, Mitchell and the Jazz have rounded into form nicely. Utah is 36-26, sixth place in the rugged Western Conference standings.
