Stephen Curry didn't let head coach Steve Kerr carry the burden of a loss all on his own, praising his willingness to take a 108-91 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder all on himself the same way a true leader would.

“Just a coach being hard on himself, just like I'm hard on myself when I turn it over or have a bad game, or miss shots, or whatever the case is,” said Curry post-game. “Just a sign of great leader is looking at yourself and try to figure out what you can do better and coach has that trait and he's passed that down to the locker room.”

The Golden State Warriors let the game get away from them early, and it would not get any better as their poor shot selection and constant turnovers spelled their demise against a Thunder team that fired from all cylinders.

This is the second bar-measuring defeat since a four-point loss to the Boston Celtics last week, giving this team plenty of things to improve on before hitting their stride into mid-season form.

Steve Kerr's ownership of his own tactical mistakes will only entice this core to look into themselves as well and avoid poor outings like the one on Wednesday night.
