While waiting to board a flight last Monday, Washington Wizards small forward Kelly Oubre took time to hold a Twitter Q&A session.

When asked how his summer was going, Wizards fans have more reason to get excited as he admitted he is putting in a lot of work now in the hopes of playing better for the team:
