Washington Wizards superstar Bradley Beal is currently one of the best shooters in the NBA — many consider his shooting form as one of the prettiest ever. As it turns out, the shooting gene runs in the family.

Here's an endearing video of Beal and his son teaming up to score a bucket:

The kid is still a toddler, and already his love for basketball is oozing. Just take a look at how happy the boy was when he made the basket — with a little help from his dad, of course. As it appears, Beal is a firm believer in the saying, ā€œstart 'em young.ā€

As for Beal himself, the 27-year-old has been a one-man wrecking crew for the Wizards this season. In 10 games played, the two-time All-Star has been putting up averages of 34.9 points (leads league) on 49.4 percent shooting, to go along with 5.3 rebounds (career-high), 5.0 assists, and 1.4 steals, while also connecting on 2.4 triples per game on a 37.5-percent clip.

Unfortunately, Beal's heroics haven't been enough to carry a struggling Wizards side to victory. Washington has won just three out of their 11 games to start the season.

To make matters worse, the team is currently dealing with a full-blown coronavirus pandemic with no less than five players returning a positive COVID-19 test result. Four of Washington's games have already been postponed due to the outbreak, including a back-to-back set against the Cleveland Cavaliers supposedly slated for Sunday and Monday.

The Wizards' next game is scheduled for Wednesday in an away game against the Charlotte Hornets, but at this point, it remains unclear if that game will push through.
