Dan Quinn's job as head coach of the Atlanta Falcons is safe, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. However, the Falcons are likely to search for new coordinators.

Both offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian and defensive coordinator Marquand Manuel are both at risk of losing their jobs, as Atlanta has limped to a 6-9 record through 15 games this season.

Quinn took over as Atlanta's head coach in 2015, leading the team to an 8-8 record in his first season.

The following year, Quinn and an explosive Falcons offense—coordinated by Kyle Shanahan—won 11 games and made it all the way to the Super Bowl before famously blowing a 28-3 lead in a devastating loss to the New England Patriots.

Last season, Atlanta went 10-6 and made it to the Divisional Round of the playoffs where it fell to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Overall, Quinn boasts a solid 35-28 record in his four years with the Falcons.

This year, however, a 27th-ranked defense is one of the primary reasons why Atlanta will not be heading to the playoffs, and it's also the reason why Manuel will probably be looking for a new job this offseason.

The Falcons have not really looked competitive at any point this year, getting off to a 1-4 start and giving up over 40 points in two of their first four losses.

Atlanta will have the chance to end the season on a good note, however, as it enters its season finale against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers having won two straight games, most recently defeating the Carolina Panthers by a score of 24-10 last weekend.
