The Chicago Bears really struggled during the 2019 season, and now even their official Twitter account is even taking L's. On Sunday morning, their Twitter account was hacked, with a tweet welcoming their new “owner,” Turki Al-Sheikh who is a Saudi Arabian official.

A follow-up tweet from the Bears' account stated that the previous tweet was a joke, but also claimed the tweet was done by “OurMine.” They used the tweet to announce they were back and also show people that everything is hackable.
This isn't the first time that OurMine has made some headlines. In the past they have been responsible for cracking into social media accounts of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Deadmau5, David Guetta, Channing Tatum, YouTubers Pewdiepie and Markiplier, and former Twitter CEO's Dick Costolo and Ev Williams.
Article Continues BelowAccording to Jack Smith of Buisness Insider from 2016, many believe that OurMine is using old password lists from the dark web, with the hopes celebrities haven't changed the passwords.
Instead, OurMine insists that its technique involves vulnerabilities in existing services used in common by those they've hacked, along with exploits that allow it to access the passwords celebrities have saved in their browsers. This is how they hacked Channing Tatum's YouTube and Twitter accounts, where they left behind a link to their website.
In 2016, BuzzFeed claimed the group was based out of Saudia Arabia, but the group denied it. A day after the claim, OurMine infiltrated BuzzFeed's website and altered several posts.
Whoever is behind it, hopefully, they leave other NFL teams alone.
