The Detroit Lions offense led by Matthew Stafford has had their issues the last few years and new offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell has come into change that. Stafford has been a decent quarterback during his career but it hasn't resulted in a ton of wins, and with him getting up in age, the team needs to start winning now, or his career will be wasted.
Bevell has found some things he thinks if Stafford changes, will help him and the team take that next step forward and he is ready to challenge him.

He’s been really receptive to that.”
So what exactly does Bevell have up his sleeve? When asked, he didn't seem too interested in discussing it, instead telling reporters to watch the games and see if they can figure it out.
“I think we’ll just leave that out there and let you see if it looks any different,” Bevell said.
One thing that Stafford hasn't been able to do is to win a playoff game during his time with the Lions, so if these changes ultimately end in that, it will make all the changes worth it.
