There remains no certainty with regards to the Aaron Rodgers situation, and it could take more time before a concrete answer to his future with the Green Bay Packers will be established. Recently, rumors have floated about Rodgers' potential move to the Tennessee Titans, but that appears to have already lost some carry, with the team seemingly sticking with Ryan Tannehill.
For what it's worth, Packers CEO Mark Murphy, in his monthly Murphy Takes Five column on Green Bay's official website, said that he, along with head coach Matt LaFleur and general manager Brian Gutekunst would love for the future Hall of Famer signal-caller to be under center for the team in 2022.

A key factor will be whether Aaron Rodgers comes back for the 2022 season. Matt, Brian, executive vice president/director of football operations Russ Ball and I are all in agreement that we want Aaron to come back. He is likely to win his fourth league MVP, is the unquestioned leader of our team and is still playing at a high level at 38.
The Packers would likely be in disarray if Rodgers leaves. Rodgers is an asset that can't just be easily replaced and still expect the same kind of efficiency from the offense. If Rodgers does end up parting ways with Green Bay, at the very least, the Packers will alleviate their hemorrhaging financial obligations with regard to the team's payroll. At the moment, the Packers are nearly $50 million over the cap.
