The Green Bay Packers have a huge season ahead of them. Once one of the NFL's few consistent winners, the Packers have fallen on hard times the past couple of seasons. Things got stale under Mike McCarthy, and Aaron Rodgers began to look disengaged.

Of course, anytime a new system has to be installed it can take time and there can be hiccups, but LaFleur said in a recent press conference that everything is going smoothly.

Reports from OTA practices have said LaFleur is coaching up and instructing the quarterbacks at every turn, something McCarthy usually left up to his quarterbacks' coaches.
