By now, everybody is all too familiar with the bizarre situation going on with Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. After testing positive for COVID-19, Rodgers must quarantine for 10 days before coming back to the team. It'll be a close call, as the Packers take on the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.

According to Ian Rapoport, there is a long list of things that must be cleared before Aaron Rodgers can hit the field. Because Rodgers must wait 10 days, Jordan Love will be working with the starting lineup throughout the week. Saturday is the first day Rodgers is allowed back, so we'll see if the Packers let him play against the Seahawks.

Due to Aaron Rodgers not being vaccinated for COVID-19, Ian Rapoport goes over the rules the Packers' quarterback must pass before coming back to the lineup.

“Basically, has to have no fever, and he reported as of now he doesn't have symptoms, although he did early. Any symptoms he has must be improved. So no fever, symptom free. He must have his return approved by a doctor. So not a team doctor. Has to be an independent doctor and then it all has to be in 10 days.”

It doesn't seem that difficult. As long as Aaron Rodgers has no symptoms, it sounds like he'll be able to return on Saturday. What makes this tough for the Packers though, is that give Rodgers just one day to prepare for the Seahawks. Jordan Love will receive all of the practice reps in preparation for the Week 10 matchup.

So, even if Rodgers is cleared by a medical professional, it might be in the Packers' best interest to let Love play against the Seahawks. This situation has been the worst-case scenario for Green Bay, as Rodgers may have jeopardized the team's chances. of earning the first seed in the NFC. We'll see how it plays out, as more news will surface with Aaron Rodgers' health status leading into Sunday.
