The Jacksonville Jaguars are 0-4 and in absolute shambles thanks to the Urban Meyer scandal from over the weekend. The Jaguars have reportedly held meetings trying to figure out how to handle the situation, and now the big boss has made a statement.

Here's what Jaguars owner Shad Khan had to say about Meyer:

Based on this, it doesn't seem as if Meyer will get fired yet, but he's on notice. There were already rumors about players and others in the organization having issues with his coaching style before last weekend's debacle, and now things are only getting worse.

If you somehow missed it, Meyer stayed in Ohio after Thursday night's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. The Jaguars coach then went viral over the weekend when a video and other images of him getting rather loose at a bar with several different women hit the internet. The video featured a woman (not his wife) giving him a lap dance, and one of the images featured a caption from a woman who said he was flirting with her.

Meyer publicly apologized during a press conference on Monday, but apparently his players aren't really buying his apology. It was already a bit strange for Meyer to not travel with the Jaguars back home after Thursday's game, but then to go viral like he did (in Ohio State Buckeyes gear) just made the whole situation really embarrassing.

We'll see if Urban Meyer is able to move past this and have success with the Jaguars or if this goes even further off the rails.
