Oakland Raiders second-round pick Trayvon Mullen has only been in the league a few weeks but he has already started to spend some of that money from his rookie contract. On Thursday afternoon, Mullen surprised his mother with quite the gift for Mother's Day.

Most moms would be happy with flowers or chocolate for their special day, but Mullen took it a step farther surprising her mom with Mercedes-Benz luxury sedan.

Mullens didn't just get her mom any Mercedes Benz, but a brand new one that only had 4.6 miles on the odometer. This is quite the story and a nice gift for a mom who has sacrificed so much to help Mullens get to this point of his life.

Now for Mullens, the next goal is to earn more money with his play on the field and the expectations will be high being a second round a pick. Mullens is strong in press coverage and he is going to have to use that against some of the strong receivers in the AFC West.

“I try to use my length and my body as an advantage,” Mullen said, according to NBC Sports Bay Area. “Try to play physical, strong, try to get my hands-on guys at the line, try to slow them down, keep my body in front of guys. Just be big and physical, especially at this level, you got a lot of great receivers so just got to be able to be physical, use your feet and hands.”

If Mullens succeeds in his first contract maybe with his next contract it will be another new and nicer car for his mom.
