The Los Angeles Rams were behind by a single point late in their NFC West duel against the Seattle Seahawks. With the clock dying down and the Seahawks facing third and two, all Seattle needed to win was to get a first down.
The Rams needed a defensive stop in order to have a shot at winning the game. That's exactly what they did to put themselves in a position to fight for the “W.”

It was a wonderful team effort from the Rams' defense to catch the Seattle offense with its pants down. The Rams were lined up to prepare for a dive, clogging the D-line with as many bodies as possible.
When Russell Wilson ran out of the pocket, there were already Rams defenders ready to stop him. He immediately pitched the football to Tyler Lockett who was immediately brought down at the 47-yard line.
It was a superb performance from the Rams' defense, allowing them one more shot to assert their dominance as the NFC West's best. However, they fell short as they failed to convert a late field goal.
