Super Bowl LII is just days away, and the New England Patriots are right on track toward being close to full strength in time for the big game. Tight end Rob Gronkowski, defensive end Deatrich Wise Jr., and defensive tackle Malcom Brown, who are all carrying injuries, all practiced on Sunday.

Rob Gronkowski returned to practice on Saturday for the first time since he suffered a concussion due to the helmet-to-helmet hit he suffered against Barry Church of the Jacksonville Jaguars in the AFC Championship Game. Gronkowski remains in the league's concussion protocol, but given the progress he’s been making, it seems like a good bet that he’ll be cleared to play for the Super Bowl.

The same goes for Wise, who is also in the concussion protocol along with Gronkowski after he too suffered a concussion against the Jaguars. Wise, a rookie drafted in the fourth round out of Arkansas, has played all 18 games during his debut campaign and also looks set to be available for the Super Bowl.

Meanwhile, Brown is back practicing after he missed Thursday’s session due to a foot injury he suffered. The third-year man out of Texas has started 14 out of the 15 games he's played at defensive tackle this season.

While having Wise and Brown should be a big boost to the Patriots’ relatively shallow front seven, Rob Gronkowski’s status is obviously the biggest news out of the three. He’s the team’s big game-changer who has the ability to significantly impact the Super Bowl, which he will more than likely feature in for the Patriots.
