Heading into Super Bowl LII, the defending champion New England Patriots were heavy favorites to come out on top against the Philadelphia Eagles. Tom Brady and company were primed for a sixth title, but things didn't turn out as they anticipated with Nick Foles leading Philadelphia to victory while embracing the underdog label.
Following the loss to Philadelphia, Brady has come to terms with missing out on what would've been his sixth Super Bowl ring. Brady took to Instagram after a few days of reflection and referred to the loss as a learning experience moving forward.

Fortunately for Brady, the Patriots will remain relevant and potential contenders for the foreseeable future as long as the 40-year-old can stay healthy with the team continuing to surround him with talent.

Defensive coordinator Matt Patricia has left the team to become the head coach of the Detroit Lions leaving Belichick to find a replacement.
Along with Patricia, the Patriots may also have a void at tight end. Superstar Rob Gronkowski is seriously considering retirement in order to pursue an acting career with a few of Hollywood's action stars urging him to go in that direction.
Although the team will be going through some changes, the Patriots organization is arguably one of the best in the NFL in terms of adjusting to change with Belichick's uncanny ability to keep the team a heavyweight in the AFC.
