New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. decided to embrace his inner quarterback by throwing a touchdown pass in the team's Week 13 game against the Chicago Bears.

Head coach Pat Shurmur and company drew up a little trickery against a tough Bears' defense, and it involved Beckham launching a pass downfield for a wide open Sterling Shepard, who easily made his way into the end zone.

But since it is Beckham we're talking about, he had to complete the play in dramatic fashion.

Instead of throwing the pass right away, he maneuvered around for a little while before letting it ride.

That play helped the Giants move out in front in what would undoubtedly be a huge win for Shurmur's squad.

New York sits at 3-8 on the season but has won two of three after a 1-7 start.

The Giants should probably be on a three-game winning streak at the moment, but they let one slip away last week in a 25-22 loss to the Philadephia Eagles.

With Beckham showing off his impressive throwing ability this week, perhaps he'll be one of the eventual candidates to replace Eli Manning at the quarterback position.

After this week's game against the Bears, the Giants will head to Washington for a divisional showdown against the Redskins.
