On Friday morning, The Associated Press released the NFL All-Pro teams. A year after being a single vote from away from a unanimous selection, Pro Bowl wide receiver Davante Adams received all 50 votes for his play in 2021.
A year after being a single vote short of a unanimous first-team All-Pro recognition, Davante Adams is finally an unanimous first-team All-Pro.

Joining Adams as unanimous selections on offense were Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp and Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor. On the defensive side of the football gaining all 50 votes were Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt and Los Angeles Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald.
Some other NFL players just missed out on unanimous selections including Dallas Cowboys rookie linebacker Micah Parsons, who received 46 votes. Parsons was joined by teammate Trevon Diggs on the First Team All-Pro list, garnering 33 votes. Parsons and Diggs are credited for being a key reason this Cowboys team is taken seriously this year. For many years, the defense was the reason for a pending Cowboys implosion.
Diggs just beat out LA Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey for First Team All-Pro honors. Ramsey received 32 votes. That news is released a day after Ramsey went on a twitter rant after the NFL Network's “NFL GameDay” posted their thoughts on who should be an NFL All-Pro this season, leaving him off the list.
Other members of the 2021 NFL All-Pro first team include Packers QB Aaron Rodgers (34 votes) and Ravens TE Mark Andrews (41 votes). Rodgers beat out Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady, who garnered Second Team All-Pro honors. Meanwhile, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce got the Second Team All-Pro nod after another stellar season.
