It didn't look good for Russell Wilson, initially.
During yesterday's dominant victory over the San Francisco 49ers, Wilson was tackled by Eli Harold while scrambling. In the process, Russell's leg was rolled up on, causing his knee to bend horrifically to the side:

After watching the play, many Seahawks fans feared the worst for their star quarterback as he left the game. Nobody would've been shocked if his ACL had been torn.
Luckily, that's not the case:

Carroll also added that Wilson “feels great” and that he's “moving around walking fine. Can’t tell anything (happened).”
Carroll remains optimistic that Wilson will play against the New York Jets wearing a brace this weekend. But, he admitted that there's a chance Wilson will be rested to allow his knee to heal.
The Seahawks' bye is Week 5, so Wilson would have 20 days off from yesterday's game to Seattle's Week 6 matchup with the Atlanta Falcons if they sit him in New York.
