A wild rumor spread throughout the NFL world on Sunday involving Zach Wilson and one of his mother's best friends. Many took the rumor and ran with it, claiming that Wilson “has that dawg in him.” Stars across the league also shared their reactions, one of them being DK Metcalf of the Seattle Seahawks.

On Sunday night, Metcalf quote tweeted former NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson, who made the claim “Zach Wilson is the goat,” except he used an emoji of a goat. The Seahawks' star chimed in with his take afterward.

Whether the rumors are true or not, nearly everyone has reacted to the possible story regarding Zach Wilson. Maybe the Jets quarterback will confirm what happened one day, but we're not likely to get that answer now. Perhaps Wilson will confirm or deny the story later in his career. What a potential Hall of Fame speech that would be.  Even so, many believe the story, as the Seahawks' star clearly believes it as well.

Although DK Metcalf has shared his reaction, Seattle fans are hoping for the best from their superstar-wide receiver. The front office dealt Russell Wilson away to the Denver Broncos, so it'll be interesting to see how the Seahawks season plays out. It might be a rough year for the franchise, but hopefully, they can get back on track soon.

Keep an eye on Metcalf, as he's currently seeking a new contract. If the Seahawks can keep him on the roster, then the rebuilding process won't be so bad. Otherwise, Seattle might be at the bottom of the barrel for a lot longer than planned.
