The Seattle Seahawks' “Legion of Boom” days may be behind them, but they have a unit that is giving head coach Pete Carroll plenty of reasons to be excited. The Seattle linebacker trio of Bobby Wagner, K.J. Wright, and Mychal Kendricks is an excellent group and could potentially be one of the best units in the league this upcoming season.
Carroll had nothing but praise for the group of linebackers led by Wagner, who is one of the league's most talented players at his position. Wagner and Wright are seasoned vets who have played their entire careers with the team, but Kendricks has recently joined and expects to be a solid contributor next season. The Seattle defense may not be the group they once were, but Carroll is excited about the team's chances next season.

When that all comes together — we’ve got all kinds of ideas and things we want to do with those guys to use their strengths.”
The Seahawks have a solid team heading into the 2019 NFL season, and the defense will likely remain the team's stronger unit as the offense lacks playmakers and consistency. Every given week players step up on defense for the team, and now the linebackers can look to build upon a successful season.
Carroll will have a good chance to return to the postseason after retaining some key players and understanding they have a solid identity on the defensive end to lead them next season.
