If model Camille Kostek will have her way, it seems she would want her boyfriend Rob Gronkowski to return and play in the NFL in 2022.
Gronk admitted as much in an interview with Lanae Brody of People, noting that he is confident his girlfriend will support him if he decides to give the NFL another go for at least one more season.
“I think she wants me to go back,” Gronk said. “She supports me for sure.”
Rob Gronkowski is still undecided on his future in the NFL. However, he did say that if he opts to return, there is no other team he would join than the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After all, Tom Brady is there and his familiarity with the organization would make things easier for him.
“Just the teammates there that I'm so familiar with and the organization is just a plus. I've been in that decision mind for the last couple months, since the end of the season,” Gronk furthered.
Camille Kostek won't have problems with that, either. In fact, she'll likely welcome a return since she has loved their time in Tampa Bay so far. She has also apparently bonded well with the wives and girlfriends of other Buccaneers players.
“She just loves that team. Loves the other wives and girlfriends on the team, too. It's a great combo over there for sure,” the veteran NFL tight end shared.
The Buccaneers will surely welcome Gronkowski as well. After all, he already has that chemistry with Brady, something that can only be developed after years of being together. While the team has yet to enter contract talks with Gronk as the 32-year-old takes his time to make a decision, at least they wouldn't be worried about him bolting elsewhere.
It is now just a matter of wait-and-see when it comes to Gronk. Hopefully, though, Kostek can convince her boyfriend to play again and run it back with Brady for another shot at the Super Bowl trophy. With Gronk beside TB12, Tampa Bay certainly has a good chance of making it to the playoffs and contending for the Lombardi Trophy once again.
