Turns out, the Green Bay Packers may have a keeper in Jordan Love. The fourth-year quarterback is the Packers full-time starter for the first time this season and looks like he's finally emerged heading down the stretch. After winning his last three games — including two versus winning teams in the Detroit Lions and Kansas City Chiefs — Love is garnering more attention from across the NFL.

His play is now getting even more recognition from his former mentor, Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers has complimented Love this season, but he's giving him another shout out after his latest win over the Kansas City Chiefs.

“Jordan Love is playing outstanding these last three games,” Aaron Rodgers said on the Pat McAfee Show. “I love Jordan & I think he's gonna be a great player in the league for a long time … Am I happy for him? Hell yeah. There's some people who were probably thinking I was rooting against the Packers this year or rooting against Jordan. Obviously I wish things had gone different when I was in Green Bay and there are things that I wish that I'd done better. But I have so much love for that organization.”

During this win streak, Love has thrown for 857 yards and eight touchdowns with zero interceptions. His completion percentage has been up in the 67-69% range, and he's hitting short, intermediate and deep passes to his targets. This is of course a significant step up from when he struggled the first nine weeks of the year, throwing 10 interceptions while the Packers went just 3-5. Now, Love and the Packers are 6-6. If he leads them to the playoffs, Green Bay will surely believe they've found their future quarterback.
