According to a new report from ESPN, the arrest warrant will be served against Kraft as early as today if the appropriate parties sign off on the paperwork. The state attorney of Florida, who is located in Palm Beach County, will make the formal decision to charge the Patriots owner.
The NFL has also said that they will take “appropriate action” against Kraft if necessary.

As we'd previously reported, Kraft was arrested after he'd visited a massage parlor in Jupiter, Florida, and allegedly solicited an employee for sex. However, it was later revealed that Kraft was just one of many people under investigation in a larger-reaching prostitution ring and that he'd allegedly paid for sex at this massage parlor at least twice.
Kraft's attorney, in a statement, categorically denied the accusations.
Additionally, the NFL also released an official statement that confirmed that Kraft was going to be subjected to potential disciplinary action under the league's code of conduct.
“We are seeking a full understanding of the facts, while ensuring that we do not interfere with an ongoing law enforcement investigation. We will take appropriate action as warranted based on the facts.”
