LIV Golf was expected to add multiple names to it's tour on Tuesday. As expected, Brooks Koepka was announced as the latest golfer to join the Saudi-backed tour. And many expected Collin Morikawa to follow suit after he removed any mention of the PGA Tour from his Twitter bio. Morikawa sent out a strong message in response to the speculation on Tuesday morning following Koepka's announcement.

To state for the record, once again, you all are absolutely wrong. I’ve said it since February at Riviera that I’m here to stay on the @PGATOURand nothing has changed. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got some cereal to pour in my milk

Morikawa's comment section was filled with responses. However, they were not all directed towards his PGA Tour announcement. Instead, many called him out for pouring milk before cereal.

Nonetheless, I am willing to bet PGA fans will let Morikawa's cereal pouring technique slide given his commitment to the Tour.

Brooks Koepka joined former PGA stars such as Bryson DeChambeau, Phil Mickelson, Patrick Reed, and Dustin Johnson amongst many others in LIV Golf. The Saudi-backed tour is known for paying their golfers insane amounts of money. Given that fact, PGA stars who have remained on the Tour certainly deserve respect from fans.

Collin Morikawa joins fellow golfers such as Tiger Woods, Justin Thomas, Rory Mcilroy, and John Rahm to decline joining LIV Golf. Although a number of key golfers ditched PGA, there is plenty of talent remaining on the tour without question.
