The Los Angeles Rams have been surging in the NFL this season, as they have started the season at an impressive 7 – 1 record. Their only loss has been to another 7 – 1 team in the Arizona Cardinals, and they've also beaten the defending champions, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A huge part of their big wins have been their passing game, including wide receiver Cooper Kupp.

Kupp has been magnificent for the Rams, and this stat from ESPN showcases the talent from the Eastern Washington alum.

Kupp's route-running and receiving talent has been integral to the Rams' success this season, and it shows in his personal statistics. With 924 yards gained and 10 touchdown receptions, Kupp leads the league by a wide margin in these statistics. What's even more impressive is that no one else in the Super Bowl era has been able to do this across eight games.

Kupp earned this achievement in Week 8 against the Houston Texans, where he gained 115 yards and seven catches, including one touchdown. This all-around great performance has been the driving force for the Rams' red-hot offense, as they are ranked fifth in yards gained per game (405.9 per game) and third in passing yards gained per game (301.8).

The true test for the Rams will come next week, as they will face off against Derrick Henry and the AFC South leaders, the Tennessee Titans. Cooper Kupp has placed himself solidly in the conversations as the best wide receiver in the game, but now is the time to prove he can perform against better teams.
