Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp knows to give credit where it is due. For him, Minnesota Vikings receivers Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen deserve all the respect in the world.

After the Rams took a narrow 30-23 win over the Vikings in their Week 16 showdown, Kupp took to Twitter to shower both Jefferson and Thielen with praise. He kept things simple, uploading a picture of the two along with the caption “Artists.”

Cooper Kupp is undoubtedly one of the best wideouts in the league this season, so for him to heap massive praise on both Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen speaks volumes on the respect and admiration the Rams star has for them.

However, it is certainly not without merit.

Jefferson actually made history on Sunday as he broke Odell Beckham Jr.'s record for the most receiving yards in a player's first two seasons. OBJ, who is ironically now with the Rams, recorded 2,755 passing yards in his first two years in the league. The Vikings wideout, for his part, now has 2,758 with still a couple of games to be played.

Adam Thielen failed to score against the Rams, but he was a consistent threat throughout. While he suffered an ankle injury scare–an issue that has been bothering him for some time now–he was still able to make an impact and finish with 40 yards on just three receptions.

Kupp knows how difficult it is to play against Jefferson and Thieles, and as the Rams star said it, they are “artists” in their own right.
