Allen Robinson used to be on the side of Matthew Stafford's team's enemy, back during their days as players in the NFC North. But beginning this coming 2022 NFL season, the two will be on the same boat as part of the Los Angeles Rams' passing attack that is expected to be among the league's most productive once again.

Robinson has become some sort of a forgotten man, in part because his former team, the Chicago Bears, had a number of issues trying to stabilize the quarterback position. That should no longer be a reason for Robinson to disappoint this time around, with a Super Bowl-winning quarterback in Stafford ready to maximize the wideout's skills.

Via Stu Jackson in the Rams' official website:

“I've been very, very impressed with his ability to grasp our offense, his role in our offense,” Stafford said after the team's June 8 minicamp practice. “His understanding, even when he might miss something or mess something up, the reason is so sound on why he did something – he heard this and thought that, and I'm like, ‘That's a great thought.' It's really productive growth for him in our offense. “

Robinson signed a three-year deal with the Rams back in March that is worth $46.5 million. He's not exactly a reclamation project, as his talent has always been there, and now that he's found himself in a much healthier passing attack that racked up 277.5 passing yards per game in 2021 — fifth-best in the league — Robinson is going to be among the top players to watch out for downfield this year.
